Many Syrians gather together for Eid, which is a time of celebration, and feasting, to mark the end of Ramadan. With the help of many gracious donors, SETF was able to send $1,500 to the Wisdom House School for their Eid celebration. The donations helped to provide the children with gifts, clothes, candy, games, and craft supplies. As the children celebrated with their classmates, and teachers, you can see that this was a joy-filled day!
The children dressed up in their best holiday clothing, some of the items being new apparel that they received for Eid. They had a full day with performances (notice the adorable photos of the girls dancing in their fairy dresses), lots of games, candy, and a shared meal.
Donations have helped to both supply, and run The Wisdom House School, and these donations have a HUGE return. All you have to do is look at these wonderful pictures, and your heart will be filled with joy, love, and gratitude.
