SETF is actively pursuing legal efforts in the United States and abroad to bring perpetrators of war crimes in Syria to justice. Our team continues to work closely with legal experts, law enforcement agencies and prosecutors to pursue justice, while also continuing our efforts to collect documentation and evidence for future prosecution efforts, including in Syria.

Over the years, our team has been instrumental in supporting key witnesses such as Caesar, the Gravedigger, the Bulldozer Driver and Omar Alshogre and in helping them deliver their testimonies to the world, while also collecting crucial evidence to support prosecution efforts in the United States and Europe.

Currently, our team is working on multiple civil and criminal cases in the United States while also advising the new Syrian government on how to establish a national mechanism to pursue accountability and transitional justice.
